Lost Packages & Address Accuracy
Lost packagesReplacements may be issued after the shipment is verified as lost and the applicable carrier process is completed.
Incorrect addressesCustomers are responsible for entering an accurate delivery address. Address suggestions or predictions are provided only to help and do not replace customer verification.
International ordersCustomers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees.

Damaged Items
If an item arrives visibly damaged, contact us and provide clear photos within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds are issued after returned merchandise is received and inspected. Opened jewelry will not be refunded.
Opened jewelry: If an opened item is returned and does not qualify for a refund, the customer is responsible for purchasing another shipping label if they want the item sent back.
